• Recipients of government assistance programs that are based on asset and income limitations, such as Medicaid/Medical Assistance or SSI.
• Applicants for government assistance programs that are based on asset and income limitations, such as Medicaid/Medical Assistance or SSI.
• Recipients of inheritances or personal injury settlements who need to apply for or protect government assistance benefits.
• Nursing home residents or potential nursing home residents.
