The Pooled Trust of Minnesota

The Pooled Trust of Minnesota is a pooled trust created pursuant to federal law for the benefit of individuals with disabilities.

Established in June of 2004, The Pooled Trust of Minnesota has provided a welcome option to professionals, families and disabled persons, alike, in their efforts to maximize the quality of life of disabled persons in Minnesota.

Providing an safe alternative for individuals receiving windfall cash amounts through inheritances and lawsuit settlements while ensuring that the individual's governmental benefits continue without interuption.

Filling the need for independent third party trustees, The Pooled Trust of Minnesota's Trustee - The Center for Special Needs Trust Administration, Inc. provides experience that can provide comfort and confidence to the parties involved that the best interests of the beneficiary will be met.

The Pooled Trust of Minnesota is part of the larger National Pooled Trust which includes states from coast to coast. The financial size of the National Pooled Trust provides stability that would otherwise not be available to the individual state trusts.

The Pooled Trust of Minnesota is a regular exhibitor at the annual meetings of the Probate & Trust and the Elder Law Sections of the Minnesota Bar/Minnesota CLE and the annual convention of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.
